Hi!
These post is for a Ford Ranger raptor 3.0 V6 - 2024 located in Argentina.
Does any body experienced delay to get from factory spare parts MB3Z / 26611B09 / BA (driver-side seat belt) and MB3Z / 26611B08 / BA (passenger-side seat belt)? I had an small accident which activated front airbags (driver, passenger and knee) togheter with seatbelts. I´m waiting these last 2 spares from 25 August that was the date dealer ordered these parts. I had cases for follow up with Ford Argentina.
Does anybody have a contact to write to the Quality aftermarket team in Ford (USA - THAI - etc) that might see this issue? Ford’s after-sales service is becoming quite disappointing.
