I just ordered a hard molle grid from Gray Man Tactical for seatback organization (https://greymantactical.com/collections/seatbackrmp/products/vehicleseatbackorganizer-15-25x25rmp) and a handful of "Amazon Special" (otherwise known as Chinese stuff) molle pouches in various configurations. I ordered pouches for...
  • Tear away med-pouch
  • Water bottle
  • Radio holder
  • Flashlight holder
  • General dump pouch
  • Misc. items pouches (x3)
The idea for me is to get stuff out of my glove box and center console, and get some specific items handily in reach. With all of the pouches I've ordered, and the Gray Man Tactical hard molle grid (with 10% coupon code!) I've got about $178 invested.

So let's see what you guys are rocking!!!

Probably about $60 including all the various pouches. More power to you if you have money to burn, but the stitching and thickness are about the same as my brand name molle equipment I use for duty.

These pictures are just when I tossed them, they buckle tight to the seat when installed properly. I have a rip away IFAK that hangs from the headrest bars on both sides.

The molle system is not rocket science, its a design thats been done over and over again for a long time. Even the chinese have mastered it. A seat panel isn't a carrier, its a seat panel...

$180 on a seat panel? Meh, can't really get excited about that.

Been looking at those. I sit so far back, by the time I put that on there, it makes the truck a 3 seat truck. Then you have all of that 4th seat space that is wasted. That's where my laptop bag rides to and from work and my hiking bag when we are out or on road trips. Hmmm - do I really use that 4th seat for people?

Yeah, $180 wasn't an easy pill to swallow, but after having experience with the Gray Man panels in our UC vehicles, I spent some money there and saved it on the molle pouches. Plus with the Gray Man panel, I can solidly mount one of my SBRs on the seat back.
