Hey @Danager - Since you have the trim piece - is it all that different from a generic door edge guard? Is it worth buying the pricey one from the company, or would something generic work the same way?
It looks like a door guard at first glance. It is larger than that. And it has what looks like a bulb seal bonded to it as well. The “engineer” in me debated making my own. I think it’s about $35 for the two pieces of trim and then the time to glue them together. Decided to just spend the $40-45 on the actual piece.
