Right Information Display 20 Lariat

Anyone having an issue with the Right information display not keeping up with the Sirius channel and Navigation?
Its always a turn behind or a song or two behind the Sync. I tried a factory reset twice with no help.

Any Ideas?

Often times it doesn’t show a song or doesn’t show the correct song playing from CarPlay. I usually just keep it on the compass screen now as CarPlay usually is set to the “now playing” tab so I can see what I’m listening to there.

Side note I do wish google maps displayed the directions in the right screen.

Ford could have done so much more with that screen. Instead they crowd the left screen with so much.

The perplexing issue is why the Nav/Sync turns are also delayed. Along with the Sirius song descriptions that are a channel or two behind.
