Hello friends!

Here's our scenario! Wife has a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat SCAB that she uses to tow her track car. It's been an absolute trooper for the last 26k miles. We've recently noticed that the shifting has gotten jerky/hesitates which brought us to the TSB. The challenges that we have are:

- Truck is tuned with the Ford Performance Tune that we installed ourselves (so not by dealer or by ASE shop)
- We do most of our own maintenance (or bring it to a friend's trusted shop), so we don't necessarily have any goodwill at a dealership. The only time the truck was at the dealership was when we purchased the vehicle.
