Anyone know what type of glue/adhesive I can use that will stick leather to plastic? My dog decided to rip off the leather boot on the parking brake lever. It isn’t torn at all, he pulled it off all in one piece. I just need to glue the leather back to the plastic frame that clips into the center console area.

I used E6000 adhesive when I replaced my boot from OEM to Redline Goods, it appears to be holding , even in the summer heat.
I suggest to just replace it as the OEM will eventually crack (in the winter) as most members have reported as well as mine. The Redline Goods boot is much softer leather and has the same feel as the shifter boot

When I replaced mine with the Redline Goods, I used contact cement.

Search the forum for parking brake boot replacement threads. You’ll likely find the Redline instructions and the type of glue to use. You could also check their site.

iirc - it’s regular, ole, contact cement, as @Bob902 mentioned.
