I have a new, 2019 Ford Ranger SuperCab. Just purchased off the lot 2 weeks ago. I love the truck however the Sync3 system refuses to start the Pandora app on my Moto G6 Play, I have "Launch from car" checked in the app. I am using the newest version of Pandora, 2007.1 and Android 9. Most of the time when I start the truck Pandora won't play, and says buffering. This is because the truck and FordPass don't start the app. On the rare occasion that it does work the app never shuts down after I exit the truck. I traded in a 2015 Chevy on the Ford and the MyLink system worked perfectly with Pandora and my phone. I have a appointment with the dealership service department for this issue, but anticipate them finding nothing wrong. I have tried Master Reset on Sync several times and also deleted and reloaded Pandora. The Sync3 screen also has a tendency to freeze on the Ford splash screen, and at times when backing the rear camera stays on while in drive. Just wondering if there is a fix for this problem? Any information would be appreciated.
