P2195 code truck shut down lean O2 sensor b1s1

Who knows how sensitive these trucks are to water. I know older vehicles that can handle a gallon of water and run rough for a while but won't completely shut down and limp mode ? if they are super sensitive to water or moisture I can see the cap less gas filler being the next problem because if that flapper brakes and it rains I'm back at a $1300 bill again ??

The odds of both flappers on the cap less filler leaking is very high. If the cap was leaking, you would get a code for Evaporative System leak.
