Those were very basic builds. None of which would come close to $200k

Money spend on the build is unimportant; 10k or 300k. Your question was "how did they even get these Broncos" correct? When you ditch the "I won't pay any markup to acquire this vehicle" mindset it opens up a whole world of acquisition possibilities.
