This looks like road to socialism where other peoples mistakes are taxable from you. While you're at it, why not make bills, loans and taxes inheritable and passed over to relatives? Why not expand it and deem that if your neighbor misses a payment on the 4G bill, then it's billable over anyone using the nearest telecom mast?

Just like no drive through or gas station alcohol in Wyoming. Difference is they’ve regulated that for a few decades.

living in NM I say bravo. Or even do away with alcohol in the state. You cannot apply your narrow view from your little world to what’s happening elsewhere.
