RETIRED!!!!
Decided to go up a size on my tires. Went with 285/70/17 Toyo Open County A/T III’s. Other than touching the crash bars on full lock, I’m very happy with them.

Simple solution. Remove the plastic covers from the front crash bars. Also loosen them and push them forward. After that you should be good

Nope, still too close even with the truck leveled. I’m replacing them with ReadyLift bars.

I did. There just wasn’t enough clearance. I read all the threads too. I thought they would fit too. :-(

Assuming you have a Tremor you should be set. Verify where the tires are contacting. On my 2019 I had the factory sport wheels with Firestone Destination XT'S in the same size with no spacers. I did rub at full lock but the tire was actually contacting the frame

If you had to replace them, would you stay with 285 again?

If I still had the truck I would have no problems staying with that tire and size. This week i will be getting a set of the Destination XT's in 31x10.50x15 for the Pathfinder

You haven't replaced your Ranger? Didn't insurance cover your loss for a replacement?

That only counts if you have new car replacement. Also not having a vehicle payment at the moment is quite nice
