Slow it down there a bit Jerome. That 2-1/2” front levelling kit from Rough Country is for non-Tremor Rangers.

Your Tremor already has a slight front level because of your Fox suspension. If you add a 2” or larger level, you could be pushing your truck beyond the safe 3” total lift threshold, which could require upgraded upper control arms and maybe even a front differential drop kit.

So, before you get too excited about lifting your Tremor, check what other Tremor owners have done without having to do further work on their trucks.

There’s a 1” level kit for Tremors and it allows you to eliminate the nose down appearance of this truck without having to worry about UCAs and a diff drop.

There are limits to what you can do without having to make further changes and that goes for aftermarket wheels and tires too.

I definitely disagree about 2 inches being a problem! Anything more and then you might be setting yourself up for some extra costs!

I have a 2 inch Ford Ranger lift spacer on the front and 2 inch blocks on the back.

Alignment specs are perfect and the geometry looks good without any binding.

Shouldn’t go any higher than that because I made the mistake of purchasing a 3 inch rough country Block. I know people are running it but I decided it would be best not to.

Everyone has their own opinions but I can tell you that my ride has not changed one bit and I’ll be getting 33x 12.50 on that with minor trimming and already have high Clearance crash bars.

So I’m gonna have to oppose this comment and say that you should be careful when lifting the tremor and look into all of the potential issues, but don’t let people tell you it can’t be done safely!

Also if you put rear blocks on the back, that actually does increase the shock travel and you can do what I did and put on some absolutely awesome Bilstein shocks that add another 2 inches of travel and have a nice remote reservoir. In addition, they make this fox 2.0 feel like shit by comparison!

I left the fox on the front… I can tell when going down my driveway… If I hit the drop off portion at an angle, the front really compresses then it rebounds overly then it comes back down so everybody is flying back back-and-forth.
Then the rear tires hit and it compresses less but comfortably and rebounds very slowly, so to me it’s absolute perfection!

I knew shocks could make a difference and I knew that although the tremor were upgrades they weren’t the best upgrades as far as what’s out there, but I still didn’t expect such a difference. I’m amazed!

I struggled with what to put on my 2023 Tremor and ended up with using the ReadyLift 2” leveling kit and their anti-intrusion beams.

We followed the instructions and only put in the top spacer, but another member said he put in top and bottom. I asked him to post a few additional pictures, but no luck yet.

Truck still isn’t level, but between the additional space provided by the lift, the new intrusion beams and the additional offset provided by the new wheels, I was able to get full clearance for 285/70/17 tires, so mission accomplished.

Everyone has their own opinion but I’m tempted to only really go with those who have done it, as long as it’s not outlandish.

My spacer is designed for a tremor. It’s also very well fabricated.

I need to get those bigger tires on ASAP though! My philosophy was that once I put some big wheels and tires in there, the rake won’t be too bad and it will not be as obvious just because the wheel wells won’t have so much room.

We’ll see how that goes… If I need to, I’ll switch to a 1” block in the rear. I highly doubt I’ll be doing it though… I don’t mind the rake and when I tow a pretty decent sized aluminum covered trailer with two side-by-side in it, it’s quite a bit of weight and I don’t want to have a bunch of sag nor do I want to be forced to Add airbags.
