My husband has them on his 2015 Sierra 1500 (bought it used 2 years ago). Funny, that's what sold him on the truck when I started it up. Yep, I was the one to drive it during the test drive. We don't know if they were put on aftermarket.

It's not too crazy loud. It's definitely more pronounced at the lower RPMs. As the RPMs come up, it seems to get quieter, unless you are at full throttle and it sounds like it's screaming but that is to be expected.

My wife doesn't mind it at all so, that says a lot
