Neural light for flat towing

I have a 2005 ranger FX four. I would like to talk behind my class A motorhome. I went to Ford here in British Columbia to buy the neutral light and have them do the computer adjustment. Four does not supply the neutral light anymore does anybody know where I can get it after market your help would be greatly appreciated

You're referring to "self leveling" headlamps? My 2003 MINI had them. Not sure about aftermarket options...although "Neural" lighting sound way cooler...get with Elon Musk about that...

it is for the 5th gen ranger which also includes the modern international ones as well

No, he's talking about a light that indicates the truck is in nuetral, for flat towing purposes.
