Need Help With An Interesting Request (Lighting)

I have seen the lighting pods and housing for mounting on the cab of a 2019. I know it's a Carlex Predator Design (video on you tube). But does anyone know a possible way to order them if they are available? Are the parts compatible with American made? Any help or direction given would be very much appreciated.
