Have many people had trouble with the 2Stroke4.0 drop in lights?

I like the light output, seems like they mimic Halogens. The lifetime warranty is nice... However I am getting tired of going through the warranty process for these LED's! Maybe I am having a stroke of bad luck, but I am about to go through the warranty process for the 4th time since June. I thought I would write a little bit about my experience if you are thinking about purchasing these expensive LEDs!

The issues.... The first time I ordered "New" lights the LED's received were used prior (One LED was delaminated/splitting, and the other had marks from being used/installed prior). The Ford dealership went through the warranty process and two new ones were sent in replacement. One of those replacements did not work properly; It had a really loud vibration and had actually stopped working for a period. I then received an LED from that warranty process that did not fit into the housing correctly (one of the fins was thicker and would not screw into the housing). Current issue, most likely going to go through the warranty process again; My passenger side light gives off a different tint on initial start up and turns to a blue tint after about 30 minutes or so of run time. The driver's side led sometimes fails when I am driving. If I stop and turn my light dial to off and on it starts working again (for now).

Given the many issues, the warranty team has been pretty responsive, but it would be nice to not to have to go through the return process 4 times in 3-4 months!
