I can chime in here. I was following this thread prior to getting my truck and tires/wheels. I have the Eibach kit with 3" of front lift, with 295/70r17 Ridge Grapplers on a +1mm offset, Readylift intrusion beams and here are my results...So how's this setup working out so far? Did you get the rubbing prob resolved? I have Eibach coilovers and am thinking of going to this size/tires. My wheels are 17X8 +25 though
On the passenger side only, I needed to remove a small amount of material on the RL beams to allow clearance at/near full lock (was only an issue when reversing, and I assume when suspension compressed as well). On both sides I had to pin the fender liner back near the outside lower corners with sheet metal screws and fender washers just to gain a smidge more clearance. I couldn't tell if the tires were rubbing the liners but saw the liners were just starting to get fuzzy at one small area. I screwed them into the plastic crash structure behind them (I was fortunately able to keep those in place). No contact with my RTR flares.
With a +25 you should be in better shape but the only way to know for sure is get them on and see. Will report back if further issues with more mileage. I have probably 1k km on this setup so far and no off-road adventures yet.
