Low Cost DIY pimping ideas for the 2019 Ford Ranger XL SuperCab

Since my "plain Jane" Ford Ranger came with no options, then I came up with a short list for improving/pimping my new 2019 Ford Ranger XL.

All the following items are DIY easy to install:

Floor Liner - front - WeatherTech - ~$134 (for vinyl floor)
Wetsuit Seat Covers (TypeS) Costco - ~$25 (Matches Ebony cloth seats)
Bell & Howell Polarized Truck Visor(s) - for easy day/night driving - ~$15
InChannel Vent Visor - WeatherTech ~$65 (no 3M tape necessary) <--- not available edit 8/12/19
Steering wheel cover - with color matching gel grips - ~$12
Cowles Trim - for door edge protection - ~$8
Wheel/Hub Covers - for 16" steelies wheels - ~$42

Hope this list helps in improving your Ranger XL.;)

All the above items, on the list, are common everyday automotive/truck accessories that can be bought anywhere - so pictures are really not necessary;)

Sorry my bad, I just wanted to see your “pimped out”, not common truck. I know what they look like in the box. I have some on my own.

So far WeatherTech doesn't make side window deflectors for the SuperCab.

Let me check … Went out to the garage to inspect my WT vent visors for my SuperCab still in the shipping box. What the $@%@#? :angry:They are 2-3 inches too short !!! It seems that WT website says that they have them for both the Supercrew and SuperCab but they do not - only for the Supercrew. PayPal protects me from vendors like WT.

On another note … Another unscrupulous vendor
Lund International / AVS "had" an in-channel vent visors on the market, for the 2019 Ford Ranger but their customers were sending their "defective ones" back to them back in droves. The 3M tape was not holding up properly for their in-channel vent visors. Now this vendor has taken them off the market and is re-designing them for the 2019 Ford Ranger for a later release date. For months, this vendor did the "backward crawfish dance" and did not inform their dealers and customers of their design problem.

BTW Thanks Floyd
