LED Raptor Style Grill

I have been in search of a Raptor style grill with LED lettering. I have found one although I’m not sure if it is for a European ranger. (Can be seen here)
I also found this one but it is for the Ford Everest. This leaves me 2 questions for y’all.

1. Will a European ranger grill fit on an American ranger? I cannot figure out if they have the same specifications.
2. The same goes for the Everest. It is ranger based and the grill looks as if it has a very similar shape. Does a grill from an Everest fit on a Ranger?

I saw somewhere on here someone tried ROW grille. It did fit but need some modifications to fit right. The gaps were all off. Especially around the headlights. Someone else can step in and share more on this. That’s all I remember about it. I have the part number somewhere for the Ford part of this from Thailand
