Copy of the Ford service check list?

Hi. Does anyone have a copy (PDF or Word) of the Ford service check list they provide when you bring in your vehicle for service? It's like blue with red, green, yellow checkboxes for each item you're supposed to check during that service interval. Just wondering if Ford makes these publically available or if someone has maybe made something similar?

I know what you are talking about, the only problem is I dont know which dealers use them anymore. Every dealership I have worked at uses an electronic inspection sheet like MPI or XTime. I do have some from Nissan but other than that I dont have any information on that. Maybe @P. A. Schilke can assist with this if he has some old documents of sorts?

Too bad dealers haven't seen this.

Dealers do see and fill out the pre delivery check list. Whether or not they do the stuff is another story.
