Some backstory with the fog lights - I had a '17 Escape that I put yellow LED fog lights in. After doing some research, I discovered the Ranger uses the same size bulb for the fog lights. Great - one less thing I have to buy and I'll have them right away. (The Escape was a lease that I was turning in to get the Ranger.) Then I found this forum and realized I didn't do enough research because I soon discovered the fog light set up for the Lariats - sealed unit; can't replace the bulb. Luckily, Lamin-x was doing a 20% off Valentine's Day sale last week, so I ordered yellow fog light covers and gunsmoke tinted side marker covers.
At first I thought the gunsmoke tint would be too dark, but once I put them on, I was glad I chose it instead of their lighter 'tint' shade. I don't think there's really a huge difference during the day in direct sunlight. The difference is more noticeable in the shade. I also put brighter amber LED bulbs in the side markers so the night brightness wouldn't be affected as much.

A couple notes - they did a decent job with the overall shape of the cutout but I'd say it was probably a millimeter too small all around and the corners could definitely use some improvement. They don't quite match the rounded shape of the corners, so you kind of have to move it around a bit to pick which position will show the least amount of orange underneath. I do like that it's a very thick material that seems like it will last a long time.
The fog lights... that was an adventure. The Lamin-x cut outs are round because the lamp assembly is round... but the trim around them on the truck is square. I knew that was covered in other threads so after doing the side markers, I knew I was going to have to remove the light assembly if I wanted to put the film on without air bubbles or other issues. By the time I got the driver's side done yesterday, it was getting dark - and cold - so I decided to call it a day. I'll post more daytime pics later once it gets warmer...
Finished the project this morning:
