I'll give a shout out to Discount Tire, as well, at their Goodyear AZ location. I bought some Nitto Ridge Grapplers that I loved from Discount. However, they were pretty much worn out at 30k miles. I went back to Discount about the rapid wear and was informed the Nittos had no mileage warranty. I was pretty bummed but Discount gave me a $100 per tire customer loyalty (or something) discount on my next set (that were not Nittos). Good for you Discount!! In this age of "screw the customer", Discount bucks the trend! It will have to be some pretty unusual circumstance for me to buy tires somewhere other than Discount in the future. Apparently, $400 is the price to buy my future business. lol.

My turn:

On my way to work at 4:30 this morning the tire pressure alarm went off...slow leak in the right rear, down to 21psi. Made it to work, and when I broke for lunch was down to 12 psi.

I was very near the Discount Tire at Bell Rd and Cave Creek Rd in Phoenix, and so went there hoping to get a patch done on my break. They were understaffed and busy as heck, but were able to fit me in and get me gone before I had to report back to work. Those guys were literally on the run the whole time I was there!

I was served with a smile and polite professionalism, and reasonably quickly for a walk-in, and I appreciate all of that immensely. These things are why I buy tires from @Discount Tire.

Well done!

I've had nothing but good experience with my local Discount Tire in Knightdale, NC. I've always taken my truck there for any tire needs and have always had prompt and quick service. Will continue to come back for more service.

The only thing that would make discount tire better is an R5G member discount code :D
I'm working on that! In the meantime, if you are looking for price and availability, I'd love to help. Hope you don't mind a DM headed your way!

They do offer a military discount.
In addition to the Military Discount, we do offer a 5% rebate when you use the Discount Tire credit card!

All this talk of tires reminds me I'm going to need a new set of summer tires for my fun car next season. Might pick a set up over the winter so it's ready for spring.

I personally feel that Discount Tire is one of the few companies in America that still values great customer service and attention to detail.I’ve been a customer for many years and I’ve spent so much money there that it’s sinful but why go elsewhere when they’re the best at what they do.I’ve purchased many sets of tires and many sets of aftermarket wheels and have always been 110% satisfied with the price I paid and the service I received.I would never contemplate going anywhere else. However,I do have an issue that really bugs me and that’s their tire rotation process with aftermarket wheels. This happens to me everytime I go in for their periodic rotation.Whenever they need to do a re-balance they remove the sticky weights and install new ones in order to re-balance properly but they do not remove the old residue which is left behind where the old weights had been installed.I don’t know why they do this but it creates and awful appearance on our expensive wheels. When you get home and try to get that old sticky back material off it’s very difficult /impossible with the wheel on.So,please, Discount Tire can we come up with some policy and product to clean up our wheels
