I think refillable wiper blades were abandoned many years ago.The photo in your link is the entire blade not just an insert.

This happened to me also (21 Lariat).Everything looked fine except for instrument cluster hyper flash on one signal.It turned out to be a defective tail light.Dealer replaced it and it works fine.Tail light cost was $1100 but fortunately under warranty

If you're happy with what you have don't update.That 23188 update is a blessing for me since I had several issues that were fixed by it.There's nothing new there...just fixes
