Song title when using Car Play?

Is there a way to get song title tracks to display on the right side of the digital dash in the entertainment slot when using Car Play? It does it on my 2020 Mustang, but on the Ranger, it's just an empty hole.

Mine does this with Pandora via Android Auto as well. If I disconnect the phone, force close Pandora, wait about 20 or so seconds and reconnect it and start playing a new song, the with side display will usually show the artist information. This works about 80% of the time. It also seems to have this issue if I use the left USB port. If using the right side it will usually error out connecting to Android Auto, and when it does connect up will never display the song info.
