Yes, they do include the pair of additional leafs. As for shipping, each leaf pack would have to ship separately which gets expensive. I'd also have to find a pair of boxes that would support shipping the shackles and U-bolts with each of the springs. PM me your zip code and I'll see if I can get an accurate estimate.

Last time I ordered leafs, they just slapped a label on each one and sent it. Ups is good for that. How much lift does it add?

Hi Derek,

Keep in mind that they'll arrive with a bunch of paint missing if shipped bare. Icon boxes theirs up and these arrived without issue. The ARB OME's I received were not boxed, arrived scratched to heck, and several of the plastic caps for the leaf pack clamps were broken. I ended up having to repaint the OME's prior to the install. Also, I'm including all the hardware (U-bolts and Tremor shackles) that'll require shipping in a separate box. At this juncture, I'd rather not ship them so as to avoid any disappointments.

Regarding the Icons lift amount.... my Ranger was just under 2" unloaded with all springs in the pack and just under 1" without the additional leaf.
