https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts/ford-bumper-hl3z4730aThis is the route I may end up going. You have a part number or where I can pick up the raptor bump stop you used? Also how easy was the bolt to break free?

Yes I ended up taking to a shop and they got both bolts out of the captive nuts - they also had a hell of a time and they broke the other bolt as well - I believe they used heat but can't remember how they ended getting the remainder of bolt out of the captive nuts. You ever get this resolved?
Nice, how’s the road feel for the ride? I can feel every bump in the road in this truck so I’m hoping leaf springs and shocks help that out.Yes I ended up taking to a shop and they got both bolts out of the captive nuts - they also had a hell of a time and they broke the other bolt as well - I believe they used heat but can't remember how they ended getting the remainder of bolt out of the captive nuts.
I now have the bumps stops and ICON Leaf pack and Fox 2.0 Shocks and about a 2" lift with Fox 2.0 Struts in front - levelled it out quite well when loaded - rides so much better than OEM - no more wallowing and feels much tighter on how and trails.
Appreciate it. Did you reuse the mounting cup and the bolt?
Cut off locating tab on Raptor bumpstop. Coat exposed metal with paint. Instal new bumpstop with it's included cup onto Ranger using factory Ranger bolts.Appreciate it. Did you reuse the mounting cup and the bolt?
