so the tune was working great all day and they told me to do a kam reset which makes sense.
But i recieved a check engine light right after i reset the kams,
says the powertrain control module has detected the vehicle identifaction number progammed is not valid.

any cures or how to proceed?
im waiting back from omega tune . but kinda frustrating i did exactly what the instructions says and now this.

heres an update ,
at the dealer now and actually this is thing that a few trucks have not had where the vin number on the transmission was never programmed, which i didnt even know the tranny had a vin.

anyways these are very few trucks mainly in the 2019 ford rangers. so when you do a kam reset and this happens you have to go to the dealer, they will flash your computer and install the vin number thats missing .

anyways . this isnt a oz tune error or hd tuner error.

if anyone gets this . take to dealer . have them do this . then you can install forscan make your changes, then install the oz tune after and have no issues after.
