I saw a clip about a husband and wife hanging a picture. The husband was using a level, but the wife said that it looked crooked. The husband said that it's not, because of the level. The wife asked, "But what if the bubble is wrong". The husband, and a thousand commenters argued that the bubble can never be wrong. Sure, but the level could be wrong.
Some people just don't have the courage, humility and/or maturity to face their own mistakes.I saw a clip about a husband and wife hanging a picture. When I was a much younger electrician I was hanging a chandelier in a couples dining room. I measured the room split the measurements in half and put a mark on the ceiling dead center of the room. They were sure that was not the best placement. They asked me to assemble the fixture and hold it up to the ceiling in various locations so they could decide the best spot. After some time when my arms were starting to turn to rubber, they picked the perfect spot. As you might have guessed by now, it was directly on the mark I had put there earlier. I didn't say any thing and hung it right there. They were happy, and I got paid, so I was happy too. The customer is always wright.I would just hang it as it suits her, been married 47 years.
