The government is totally right. Keeping drivers awake with a sense of humor is an awful thing. It's much better to lull them to sleep with blandness, so that everyone becomes aware that self-driving cars will prevent accidents caused by sleepy drivers.
Those signs are too distracting, people shouldn't be reading those signs. They should be reading their text messages or searching for something on their 10-15" infotainment screens. o_O
