That's nice, a history lesson.

I here the cows walk from the meadow into the barn, queue for their spot and go to the milking robot by them self. Humans are needed just to deep sanitize the thingy once in a while.

the ranch i worked on years back was also a dairy for goat milk and the goats pretty much knew the routine. they would line up on time and get in position etc. all the humans had to do was clean up, slap the suction and lines on the teets and push the power button. that was a small scale operation for raw goat milk legal to buy direct at the dairy store only. so one could imagine a big time outfit would have a lot more automation. just about to the point where they could download the milk over wifi or just send it over blue tooth from the teet to the bottles, pasteurized during file transfer lol.
