It depends on where the scratch is. If it’s on the beveled outside edge, there are trim pieces available - similar to the covers that go around the buttons on the steering wheel. Most I’ve seen are for ROW markets and may or may not fit our NA Rangers. Others on here might know.

Check with auto upholstery shop they can do vinyl repairs; they sell vinyl repair kits if you want to try on your own. Had a big scratch fixed on a Corvette dash once and never knew it was there after the repair. Color matched, filled and same texture is imprinted.

Looks like the bag and cover are sold as one assembly. I would take a look on ebay perhaps. At the moment we do not ship hazmat items
