head rests

ive seen several rangers xlt and lariat that have adjustable headrests on the driver and front passenger seats. mine does not have that... yes my headrests go up and down. but im talking about the click backward and forward, like in the current mustangs and explorers etc. do yalls adjust forward and back like ones ive seen? is my truck defective or is ford cutting more corners and took away that feature on the 21's?
