Good to know and glad it worked out for you. Reminds me of all the snap, crackle, pops we had doing airbag inflator replacements.Thought I should finish this up. I used Surgery Super Glue and it did the trick. All glued back together and installed. Thanks for all the suggestions.
We tried everything out there but one day while on the tool truck I noticed a 2 part kit for joining plastic and metal back together.
On the abs plastic, you would sprinkle a powdery substance on the break, then wet it with a liquid like super glue. The 2 together would 'weld' the plastic in a few minutes.
