Getting key cut

I found a blank key blade for my key. Do I have to get it cut at the dealer, or can any key place do it??

Check Ace Hardware. One of my two local stores is able to cut and program the keys. It was cheaper than the dealership

My SIL manages an Ace Hardware and often cuts the keys for the local Ford dealer.
He can also cut and clone keys but they will only be exact replicas.
