Has anyone installed these shocks and have a good setting for front and rear? I am not a suspension expert but has anyone found a good spot for on road settings and off road (higher speed driving) trail driving? I would like some tips on settings lol

Can't say if anyone has found a good setting since everyone has a different preference along with a different set up when you get down to it. That is the nice thing about adjustable shocks.

Is it safe to say you already have a set on your truck?

Yes, front and rear. I’m finding the rear with the single leaf to be pretty stiff.. but I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with them on some good starting points atleast

A good way to start is have the shocks set in the middle to start. After that see what it feels like with everything at the Lowest and highest setting. This will help you get an idea of what does what.
