Correct, I have cleared them multiple times, and they return.

Are we thinking maybe its the wheel sensor?

Yes, the messages that you are getting in the dash are wheel sensor related. There may be other issues, but start with that.

Also check the rubber hose that holds the wiring harness for the fan clutch sensor. When mine degraded and broke, and the harness got snacked on by the fan, it threw a ton of crazy codes & warning lights/messages.
