I got my door rocker panels from Sportwing. I have no affiliation with them but I have ordered rocker panels from them for my Ranger, Ecosport, and Nissan. They look great and come in black or painted to your factory color code. On my Ranger panels I also added the black stripe.

Very nice, attractive price too! How far do they extend ? The Ford accessory ones look like they give very good protection, but at a cosmetic price that does not suit my tastes.

That extend the full length of both front and rear doors. They are 1.25 inches wide, sit about 7 inches from the bottom of the door edge, and about 1.75 inches from the edge of front and rear doors. Full install instructions come with it, but was easy to put on as long as you take your time and read the instructions.

I wish Ford offered those for the Super Cab. Ordered the rocker panel guards and just going to use clear vinyl to wrap my lower doors.

It wasn't bad - take your time and line it up before you stick it on. Also, make sure the gaps between the doors is correct otherwise it will rub.

I just added the same thing.
I had similar ones on my Raptor so I was glad they now have it for the Ranger.
Aside from protection on and offroad, ( sand, gravel, stones, etc )
It saved my raptor door twice, from careless people opening their doors at the gas station and at the grocery parking lot.

I figured its worth it to have a little add on protection for the Ranger.
Btw, these Ford panels are a bit thicker and seems better made than the aftermarket ones I got for my raptor.


Anyway, for the install- just make sure the area is clean and dry.
I also used a terry cotton cloth and small amount of isopropyl alcohol to clean the areas that the 3M adhesive strips will attach to. Take your time and mock up, before removing all the red 3M strip covers.
