I always try to give my dealer the benefit of the doubt. All three annual services were 'problem free' but don't leave a voice mail/email expecting a response. Get a 'live person' period. They are a Roush dealer but not a Ford Performance dealer - I still don't understand....

Excellent sales experiences with this Lariat and my previous 2006 Ranger. No warranty issues on the 2006 but was serviced by an independent shop I no longer use.

Lariat has been serviced by the selling dealer - no warranty issues to date. Having various accessories installed (mostly Ford) at the selling dealer, including the FRPP tune, was a nightmare. Ended up using outside shops to finish the operations.

I’m not surprised. My dealer has a shortage of techs and they are backed up and slow to complete work.
