Floorboards soaked

Has anyone had any issues with water leaking into the cab? After a large rainstorm, I found my floorboards soaking wet. The carpet under my floormats were dripping. I'm not sure if the water came in when parked, or when driven thru smallish puddles on road.

I've had clogged cowl drains, clogged sunroof drains, and clogged AC condensation drains cause wet floorboards. No problem on the Ranger, just other vehicles. Do you park under alot of trees with falling leaves and debris?

There's been a couple who found the rubber around the wiring harness coming into the cab was installed backwards, allowing water to flow in.
