Maybe try calling Ford customer care. They must have the number of your regional rep up there. (800) 392-3673

I do not think that Ford will provide this number... You should work through Ford Customer Care in my opinion.

Best,
Phil

When I was a rep for another brand you could not contact me directly. The phone calls would have been endless. The dealer should be your advocate.

I guess I can understand why but in certain instances I can see where it would be much handier to talk with the rep directly. Especially today where most dealers are terrible and can't even pdf a vehicle correctly.

I know it's apples & oranges but I have my regional reps number so when my store manager or my local rep can't help me I call him directly and have got much better/faster results.

The dealers were able to call me any time. Ultimately it needed to work through the dealer. Did I ever speak to a customer? Of course.
