Hey yall, the factory installed ppf is beginning to peel on one of the panels on the truck. Should i just remove it (not sure if even applicable) or should dealer be dealing with this under warranty? Havent yet taken it in, and so hard to get ahold of them over phone. They’re also 40min away so its why i thought id get as much info as i can on what to do before taking the drive there.

I'm not fond of mine..they rock guarded the cab rockers then slap a damn sticker in this area, silly. I guess you could spend the cash to rock guard a small area OR go to Amazon and look for new stickers in black. Mine is Magnetic Metallic so black could work ok i guess..

Mine had a void in adhesion where yours is on a brand new truck. I pealed it right off and the dealer ordered another. Your paint won't come off even though the truck is a year or so old. If VHB won't pull the paint off then that film certainly won't.

before you do anything, check with the dealer. that film should not be lifting.
