How to jack up 2019 Ranger 4X4

I am unsure how to place floor jack to jack up my Ranger and place jack stands. Can I use the pinch welds for both jack and stands. Thanks

I have to read this, but here is the shop manual for how to jack up the Ranger as well as a lift

I've noticed an area of paint coming off in the L/rear pinch weld area that looks exactly like body stress where someone or something used it as a lift point.
Wasn't me I'm positive of that. So, I highly recommend stay away from that area.

Definitely use the recommended areas and not the pinch welds.
