So these Baja S2 ambers came in today. :D
Had to wait til it stopped raining, lol.

Anyway....
No drilling involved...if you want to use the same lower bumper fascia holes that I showed above. I used M6 x1.0 screws with flange nuts.
I just reached in from the back of the fascia where I removed the oem clips and replaced it with the M6 screw/ nuts.

Heres some pics.

How much light alone do those S2s add? I have been looking at the Diode Dynamics kit with 2 small bars on each side of the adaptive cruiser radar, this kit looks interesting as well.

Thanks!

They’re bright! brighter than S1, but less than S2 pro.
It would be suitable for off road use only or when its super foggy out.

I have a small Rigid bar mounted on the bottom of my Baja bar that works very well. They come with a couple sets of "L" brackets that can change the direction of mounting but they are still near the ends. I didn't want to go through the bar and opted to have the wire exposed so I wouldn't have to disassemble if anything happened to the bar. Came with the relay and a red lit switch with very long wires that could be mounted anywhere so the switch is on the little smooth panel near my left knee in the cab.

Not sure about other states, but in Georgia you are limited to two headlights and two auxillary lights (aka fog lights), so SAE compliant or not anything beyond one set being used is technically a no-no. I generally leave people alone as long as they have properly aimed them. I generally don't care if they are lit up like a UFO at 2AM in the morning as long as they turn the extras off with any other traffic on the road.

A pet peeve of mine in addition to people who get levels or lifts and don't adjust their headlights. I wish I had enough money to send all of them a bag of dicks in the mail.

I totally understand that. I went out of my way to make sure my bar was aimed down so at 100' it was at knee level. Last thing I want is to be getting in a "flashing war" with oncoming traffic.

I always try to aim my aux lights, lower onto the road...
It makes sense as its what I want to SEE when I’m driving...lol
