Has anyone had issues with the EGR creating a vacuum leak at the flange? I have 2021 Tremor that seems to have a vacuum leak at the head.

I have been trying to diagnose my LTFT's being pretty close to +20 for a week or so and noticed a hiss around the EGR area. At first I thought it was the DPFE as noted pretty extensively in one of the many threads about it - but decided to try to find a leak the old fashion way.

Specifically it is coming from this area in the pictures attached. It's pretty tight in there, and knowing my luck the whole cooler has to come out to even remotely replace that gasket. If anyone has any info I would appreciate it!

If you can confirm the hiss is coming from the cooler or mounting flanges, I would just replace the cooler, as you are going to have it apart anyway as the noise can be internal to the cooler (clogged) or leaking coolant or the tube and flange may have a crack.

Looking at the rust on the flex tube I agree with airline tech.
Could try checking with some bottled water on the flex hose and see if you notice a change in the hiss.
