Does anyone know of an actual address I can send a certified, return receipt letter to? I'm trying to invoke the Ma. lemon law to initiate a buy back of my truck.See this thread.... https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/broke-my-ranger-yesterday.5349/
I can only find a P.O. box for Office of Legal Counsel. I can't get a receipt from that. (This week Ford is shut down & I can't even get a delivery to that address.) The dealer doesn't have an address & won't forward my lemon law complaint to anyone at Ford.

I thought that Ford support had opened a buyback on 12/23/2019 but just found out they never did & I should wait until 1/6/2020 for an update on their efforts to locate a front differential.

Thank You, Never thought of something so basic. My bad. (Also just remembered my truck with the warranty booklet is somewhere in the dealers yard. This is the 1st new vehicle I've had since my 1999 Ranger.)

Ma. lemon law states that 3 attempts OR 15 business days qualifies. If the service dept is open on Sat. then that also counts as a business day like in my case. AFTER receipt of my letter, Ford has 7 business days to either repair, replace or buy me out.

So it sounds like your state allows a final repair attempt. You can bet it will be fixed. Hope it goes well for you.

My letter was finally delivered today. That starts the 7 day clock ticking. Let's see what happens now.
