AutoNation Ford Tustin is pretty solid with an appointment and not far from the San Clemente area. My go-to is Fritt's Ford in Riverside but that is a bit of a haul from SD/OC.

Appreciate that man. Wish I was closer to the riverside one .. I’ve heard very good news about them too.
