That manual tells me how to turn the key to start........how to push the accelerator to go......how to turn the radio volume up.........where the spare tire is.............it's important stuff! Haaaaa!

So how does one dry the backside?

There is a fan and heater for a warm air dry. From experience...Flush before Air dry....

Yeah I have an American Standard with a heated seat but not with the air dry option… I think the Coneheads “from France” used damp rags in a bucket with a slight bleach solution to wipe off the wet world back there.

Is there a way I can disable the tailgate damper without removing it? You know a switch or something.. only to be rarely used.

It would be nice to show off to the ladies that I can handle a tailgate without the need for a damper..
