So my account compressor pully started chirping the other day and is steadily getting louder is there a way to replace the pully the compressor works fine and the ac has no other issues i would like to just put a new pully on without having to go through the mess of replacing the compressor

Any chance the belt is slipping? If not, it might need a new A/C clutch. Check the voltage to the clutch connector with the A/C on using a meter. It should read greater than 11 volts DC.
The A/C clutch has a gap specification (<0.0236 inches) using spacers to adjust. If the gap is too large, it may slip causing the chirp.

So I got under the truck and took the belt off and spun the pully. And it has drag on it and its got a pretty good wobble to it as well. When its cold it doesn't chirp when its warmed up it chirps like crazy and when you turn the ac off it'll quit chirping im just wondering if there's a way to change the compressor clutch assembly

Yes, it can be replaced but requires removal of the compressor to do so. This requires recovery of the refrigerant and special tools. Probably should take it somewhere to have it done.

I hope you are under warranty, that is not a cheap sound if its not just the belt slipping

You should be able to remove the clutch without disconnecting the lines.
You have 2 possible options:
Remove the shrouds and fan for better access - and it may possibly give enough room without removing the compressor
or
Remove the compressor and swing it into a position - for access, leave the lines connected

They make a holding tool to hold the clutch from spinning, but you can use some punches to perform the same function to get the hub nut off.
Then use a pulley puller to get the pulley off of the shaft.

Just pay attention to the spacers - this is the Air Gap adjustment when you pull it apart.
The new clutch should come with a shim kit for the air gap adjustment. (spec = 0.3-0.6 mm)
I have replaced a few clutches, they are fairly easy to do, the hardest part is getting enough room for access- vehicle dependent, the last one I did was on a transverse engine and had just enough hose to get the compressor to rotate face down.
The new clutches usually have a installation specs included.
