Can Ford see Forscan changes after all changes are restored?

I made a few Forscan changes and restored everything back to As Built.
The changes were made to: BCM, IPC and SCCM..
When I take my truck in for service, will Ford be seeing this information when they check out my truck?

Actually I found that on the Forscan site, but it only mentions the APIM category.
