Black box camera ( forward view)

Has anyone installed a forward looking “black box camera” similar to what Ford offers, and if so how did you get power to it without having a dangling cable?

Attached is a photo of the Ford DASHCAM, can it be installed so the wires are hidden?

I run a Rove Dash Cam. Power cable was run across the top of the windshield, down the left side, stuffed under the rubber on the A pillar, ran under the dash and plugged into the left USB Power Point.

I run a Rove Dash Cam. Power cable was run across the top of the windshield, down the left side, stuffed under the rubber on the A pillar, ran under the dash and plugged into the left USB Power Point.

I have the exact same setup except I went passenger side and right USB Power Point.
